Job Description

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Senior Analyst to lead our global order validation operations. This is a critical role in ensuring accurate bookings, system integrity, and scalable operational rigor as we prepare for continued growth and public company readiness.

You will lead our global order management process, starting with direct oversight of an India-based analyst. You’ll serve as the key point of coordination across Salesforce, Product, and NetSuite to ensure seamless order processing, identify and resolve deal exceptions, and enhance audit-ready controls across our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Technologies You’ll Use

Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Celigo, Jira, Looker, Avalara, Google Workspace, OTC tools

What You’ll Do

  • Own global order management operations and be responsible for final review and movement of opportunities to closed/won in Salesforce.

  • Serve as the frontline owner for validating order completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Fivetran’s bookings policy, revenue recognition rules, and SOX standards.

  • Partner with Deal Desk, GTM, and Revenue Accounting teams to review contracts, resolve booking blockers, and ensure timely deal closure.

  • Monitor and manage order data flows across Salesforce, our Product platform, and NetSuite via Celigo, ensuring data integrity and identifying integration or system sync issues.

  • Lead root cause analysis of order issues; propose process or system improvements and document exception handling playbooks.

  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Product, and IT on automation initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements.

  • Build, track, and report on key booking metrics, including SLAs, order error rates, rework volume, exception trends, and post-close corrections.

  • Directly hire, manage, and mentor an Order Management Analyst, providing guidance on escalation paths, performance, and knowledge development.

  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities; assist in internal and external audit support related to order operations.
