Job Description:

Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.
Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians initiatives.
Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians area.
Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians strategy.
Generates growth initiatives within the clinical sales area by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data-driven sales and customer retention strategies.
Attends to cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.
Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives. Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities. Schedules appointments and make sales presentations to customers. Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales. Coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals. Make regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Performs contract and/or tender management activities. Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget. Checks with coordination to ensure product availability. Carries out national, regional, and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas. Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Assists in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submitting them to management. Prepare sales reports and documents as required. Relays relevant market information to management.

Translate insights from territory to other territories to drive strategic objectives.

 



Qualifications

a. Proficient with Microsoft Excel

b. Proficient in English

c. Proven experience in B2B sales in Medical Device / Pharma Sectors & Account Management

d. Well versed with complex contracts with Corporate and Non-Corporate accounts.

e. Ability to engage eminent Customers / Delegates / Surgeons

f. Strategic mindset to plan and drive year on year growth.
