We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Finance Analyst to join our team:
· Location: Heredia, Costa Rica and Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
· Work model: Hybrid.
· Contract Type: Indefinite-term
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of progressive finance/accounting budget management experience
SAP/JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel system experience
Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation.
Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
Team player, focused on the best outcome for all.
Demonstrate competency in planning and reporting
Self-motivated; confident and energetic
Persistent with a ‘can do’ attitude
Demonstrated initiative, autonomy and independence.
Customer service oriented.

Working with and for people
Responsibilities:
Provide support to site leaders in the annual budget’s construction and execution process.
Ensure that the annual budgets shared by the site leaders are in accordance with the service conditions established at the contractual level.
Control that the actual expenses are being executed according to the plan and in the correct accounts through monthly reviews and audits
Support to the site leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and working with P&G Finance to implement changes
Consolidate the sites budgets regional budget and prepare the required reports.
Ensure that the established KPIs are successfully achieved in the region. Especially those associated with the financial area.
Ensure that all year-end accruals are correctly recorded, according to the guidelines established by P&G.
Monitor that the invoicing process JLL-P&G is executed and posted correctly.
Identify and drive down costs, working with Site leaders, to maximize the potential of Savings Initiatives.
To become an expert of individual sites and share this on the ground knowledge to the Management team.
Manage the chart of accounts used in both the P&G SAP system and Jones Lang LaSalle system JDE.
Develop a good working relationship with the Client.
Fully integrated working relationship with account teams, FM, SPM, TM, PDS and Sourcing team.
Comply with the schedule of activities agreed by JLL Finance and GBS Finance
Support in the financial analysis of optimization projects.
Support the JLL Finance Director and P&G Finance in any additional requirements
To provide a detail bridging document analyzing type of site spend and funding from P&G
Be able to challenge P&G finance regarding site spend
