As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Financial Analyst to our Americas Logistics team. 

OVERVIEW: 

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for Logistics with a Latin America focus as the company continues to expand globally. This senior analyst will play a critical role in shaping the financial framework for the Latin America region, developing and automating processes, financial modeling, creating Power BI dashboards, as well as evaluating business cases to shape long term Logistics strategy in Latin America. As such, the analyst will be partnering cross-functionally with operations and regional commercial teams to optimize operations and support investment decisions, as well as identifying, quantifying, and presenting opportunities to senior leadership. Monthly duties include forecasting, actuals analysis, and KPI driven variance reporting of Inbound transportation, warehousing, and delivery of product, as well as other supporting operating expenses such as consulting, temp staff, and regulatory fees.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: 

  • Serve as the FP&A lead for our expanding Latin America logistics, building business cases for new market entry and helping shape long-term global logistics strategy as the business grows
  • Create and improve processes, models, and dashboards where necessary for insight quality and speed
  • Leverage AI to automate processes and assist in analytics and dashboarding
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and improve KPI driven financial models and reporting tools for analysis, such as retailer cost to serve modeling, helping to identify opportunities for improvement in retailer agreements and network efficiency
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership, directly influencing logistics investment decisions and network strategy
  • Budget, forecast, and provide actionable analysis focused on business drivers for various elements of the Logistics P&L including warehousing, inbound and outbound freight, and other operating expenses supporting logistics functions
  • Drive process improvement initiatives in partnership with Finance and cross-functional business partners, with a focus on reducing cycle time and improving forecast accuracy

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial topics clearly to non-finance audiences
  • Understanding of logistics network operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency or proficiency in AI (e.g., large language models) to automate workflows an
