Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Manager Credit Scandinavia

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

THE ROLE

As a Credit Manager, you'll be responsible for managing daily credit operations for Scandinavia and lead the Team of Credit Analysts enhancing performance and promoting professional growth of individuals.

Main duties:

• Manage operational issues and challenges faced by team and ensure close dialog with various stakeholders across Circle K organization;

• Take an active part in knowledge transfer project;

• Drive process improvements, quality and standardization efforts for credit decision and credit monitoring processes;

• Develop and maintain motivated and high-performing team;

• Manage team operational planning, staffing requirements, recruitment process and performance reviews;

• Other duties delegated by direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Finance / Economics;

• Good understanding of credit governance, lending principles and processes;

• Goal-oriented, proactive, with a high level of responsibility;

• Ability to work in a changing environment;

• Experience with people management and good communication skills;

• A good understanding of process optimization and experience with continuous process improvements;

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;

• Additional advantage: proficiency and understanding of ERP systems.
