岗位职责（Responsibilities）

• 负责公司设备的日常巡检、维护与保养，确保设备稳定运行。
• 快速响应设备故障，进行诊断、维修及故障分析，并做好维修记录。
• 执行设备预防性维护计划（PM），按要求更换易损件、校准与润滑。
• 协助完成设备改造、优化、升级等相关技术工作。
• 管理备件和工具，保证账物一致及安全使用。
• 遵守安全操作规程，执行上锁挂牌（LOTO）等安全措施。
• 协助工程师、运营人员处理生产或运营现场的技术问题。

任职要求（Requirements)

• 中专、技校或以上学历，机电、机械、电工、自动化相关专业优先。
• 熟悉机械结构或电气系统（懂基础电路、液压气动更佳）。
• 能看懂基础机械或电气图纸。
• 会使用常用维修工具及仪表。
• 能进行 PLC 参数调整以及利用其进行技术改造
• 有维修焊接机器人、加工中心经验者优先
• 动手能力强，能独立分析和解决问题。
• 良好沟通能力，能与团队协调工作。
