This role will report to the Manager Property Accounting in the Finance Shared Services. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and outgoings reconciliations.Job Description
About the Role:
- Financial Reporting: Responsible for managing and delivering timely monthly financial reports, including detailed reporting packs with reconciliations, analyses, and variance commentary for stakeholders.
Also prepares month‑end financial entries and analyses while supporting ad hoc tasks as directed by management. - Budgeting/Forecasting: Collaborate with the operations team to deliver accurate annual budgets, forecasts, and detailed property and portfolio reforecasts through thorough review and analysis.
- Outgoings Reconciliation: Prepare accurate annual outgoings estimates and complete yearly outgoings reconciliations to ensure costs are correctly calculated and recovered.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in accountancy or a business-related discipline.
- CPA / CA /CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of commercial Property Accounting experience.
- Must have MRI /JDE or Experience in similar property management ERP Systems.
- Advanced excel skills and financial modelling skills.
