What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Delivery Lead focused on consumer engagement, you will apply modern web technologies and AI-powered architecture to design solutions that transform consumer experiences and improve outcomes. You will drive delivery excellence in close collaboration with engineering and user-experience teams, partnering with peers to influence the development process as we scale and creating an impactful operation that is responsive to both business and consumer needs.
How You’ll Succeed:
As a Delivery Lead, you will bring both your technical and delivery expertise to design and build applications that exceed product goals, advance AI-powered consumer experiences, and transform the ecosystem.
- Leveraging your strong background in software engineering and AI delivery to guide the team’s work, help solve complex problems, and set technology and architecture directions for AI-enabled products and platforms.
- Contributing to a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation by sharing expertise, coordinating across workstreams, and helping engineers navigate complex delivery challenges.
- Aligning unique product needs to the right skills and workstreams, while coordinating dependencies and forecasting delivery needs to keep pace with demand.
- Driving process change, continuously evaluating and enhancing software engineering processes, AI tooling, methodologies, and delivery practices to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- As a superb communicator and influencer with strong interpersonal skills, you will work and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, AI, and data stakeholders to align delivery and drive outcomes.
- Setting clear, objectives, scope and schedules, ensuring the team understanding of expectations and priorities.
Your Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience working in or closely supporting software delivery, software engineering, or technology teams
- 3+ years of experience in a lead, coordinator, or delivery-focused role, helping drive work across teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, architecture, and business partners
- Experience supporting and/or delivering web-based and/or cloud-based solutions
- Experience using AI or GenAI tools in a professional setting
- Prior professional experience in software engineering or closely adjacent roles, including exposure to customer‑facing applications built with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Scala, Go, or similar

What You Should Bring:
- Strong cross functional collaboration experience
- Strong technical fluency — able to understand and participate in technical discussions, translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and keep work moving forward
- Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including how LLMs, agentic workflows, and data pipelines are applied to real‑world, consumer‑facing products
- Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments, partnering closely with product and engineering teams
- Exposure to distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while keeping delivery on track
- Familiarity with full‑stack and distributed system concepts, including:
- RESTful APIs and service‑oriented or microservice architectures
- Event‑driven systems and message brokers (e.g., Kafka)
- Distributed data management (e.g., NoSQL, event sourcing)
- Observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk)
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $151,800Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
