Job Description:

Warehouse Teamleader

Eindhoven, the Netherlands

What you’ll do

• You are responsible for managing a team of 10-15 warehouse employees. Their core tasks are the correct loading and unloading of vehicles, checking and labeling pallets and order picking.
• Manage the service and performance levels for the operation and you monitor control system for warehousing.
• Make sure you reach the Haelthcare standard when it comes to audits (internal/external), updating work instructions, training of staffing.
• You keep track of the daily planning, holidays, absenteeism and other topics.
• You influence processes, recommend best practices and ensure global consistency.
• You collaborate and plan future process consolidation.
• Make sure processes are followed according to the high standards set by UPS.
• The solving of reoccurring issues on a structural level is also part of your responsibility.
• You maintain good collaboration with your colleagues from the Customer Service and the Transportation department and engage in interdepartmental meetings.

What you’ll get

• Your working hours will be from 22.00 until 7.00 for most of the time. Flexibility is needed, so you’ll also be in the morning or evening shift when it’s needed.

What you’ll need

Experience:

• Work experience in a Warehouse environment;
• Experience as a Team Lead or another job in which you led a team is required.
• Experience in a Healthcare environment is a pre.

Skills:

• Good communication skills (English in speech and in writing, Dutch is a pre);
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Any experience with PowerBI and a WMS or TMS systems is a plus;
• Customer-oriented;
• Capable to work with strict deadlines;
• Problem solving skills;
• Able to prioritize and make decisions;
• Team player.
