As AI tools rapidly transform how organizations operate, we are expanding our internal capabilities to enable responsible, scalable adoption of AI across the company.
To support this effort, we are building an AI Enablement function focused on accelerating productivity across the entire company — including both engineering and business teams.
This initiative helps teams adopt AI responsibly while translating real operational and engineering workflows into practical AI-augmented solutions.
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Internal) to help Aircall scale the practical use of AI across teams.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and internal productivity. Your mission will be to work directly with teams across the company to identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve how work gets done.
You will collaborate with teams including Engineering, Legal, HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Billing to translate real problems into practical solutions using AI tools, automation, and integrations.
While many projects will focus on business workflows, the role will also support engineering productivity initiatives, helping teams leverage AI tools within development workflows, documentation, automation, and internal tooling.
This is not a traditional product engineering role, but it requires strong technical thinking and hands-on implementation of AI tools and workflow automation.
You will also contribute to shaping AI governance, tooling standards, and adoption practices across the company.
