Entry-Level Inventory Attendant Post Production / Quality Associate

We’re hiring for entry-level automotive roles at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

In these entry-level roles, you’ll have several positions to choose from:

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
• Quality Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 hourly (based on level of experience)

 

• Pay: Starting pay for this position is $20/hr.
• Schedule: We are staffing for two shift 's at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.
• Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
• Weekend coverage (Sat, Sun + 3 weekday shifts) 
• Location: Our inspection center is located at: 23585 NE Sandy Blvd Wood Village, OR 97060

 

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
