About the Role
EliseAI is hiring a GTM Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own revenue from signed partners—driving activation, enablement, and co-selling to maximize partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Partnerships will continue to handle sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation; you’ll take the lead from late-stage negotiation through activation, joint plays, co-selling, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Go-To-Market Strategies unique to each channel partner that drive pipeline and revenue growth
Work with Sales team to drive sales within each channel partnership
Co-author Joint Marketing Plans (plays, ICPs, offers), launch enablement, and stand up measurement (SFDC Partner object, attribution hygiene)
Drive AE trainings, deal routing, exec mapping, and weekly forecast; unblock legal/security with Partnerships as needed
Coordinate campaigns, events, and content with Partner Marketing; track opps → meetings → proposals → wins
Run quarterly reviews on revenue, win/loss, next-play roadmap; identify cross-sell into new regions/products
