Specialist Software Architect (Java, Python)

So, what’s the role all about? 

We are seeking a Senior Java + Python Architect with 10–14 years of experience to lead our technical vision. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, leveraging deep expertise in the Java ecosystem and hands-on proficiency in Python to build polyglot, cloud-native architectures. 

How will you make an impact? 

• Architectural Strategy: Define end-to-end system architecture for high-throughput, fault-tolerant applications using Microservices and Cloud-native patterns.
• Polyglot Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Java-based backends with Python components, specifically for data pipelines, AI/ML models, or automation scripts.
• Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architecture principles, coding standards, and security protocols across the development lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and executives to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineering teams, conducting deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits.
• Modernization: Lead legacy modernization projects, migrating on-premise Java applications to modern, containerized cloud environments.

• Java Ecosystem: Expert-level mastery of Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and high-performance multithreading.
• Python Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django) or data libraries (e.g., PySpark, PyFlink, NumPy) for building integrated services.
• Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Data & Integration: Deep knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, API Gateways, and SQL/NoSQL database design.
• System Performance: Skilled in performance tuning, JVM profiling (e.g., JProfiler), and optimizing low-latency
