Job Description:
The (PSL) Post Sales Logistics Development Coach is responsible for assisting with development of customer care representatives. The PSL Development Coach should have an advance knowledge of PSL processes and procedures. They should possess the ability to train various PSL curricula, routinely provide PSL development reporting, creates and implements agent action plans, assist with monitoring PSL RCCA Corrective Action CEC queues, and respond to customer and operational escalations. Respond timely to agent escalations routed to the CEC Development queue. Successful candidates will analyze development data, identify development opportunities, and communicate effectively by phone and/or writing with all PSL network partners such as warehouse, transportation centers, specialist, and program managers.
