The work
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will oversee a development team and guide them through the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects. You will manage the product backlog, assign development tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions. This role is both leadership‑oriented and hands‑on—you will configure ServiceNow applications, develop custom features, build reports, and support data migration efforts.

Here’s what you need

Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
Experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
Experience with custom development and third‑party integrations
Experience with report development and data migration in ServiceNow
Experience with technical design and technical documentation
Experience conducting unit testing and managing defect resolution
Experience migrating changes through development and production environments
Experience working in Agile development environments

Bonus points if you have:

Experience leading or mentoring teams
