About this role:
Gartner is currently recruiting a Senior Coordinator to provide support to GVP through activities such as arranging meetings, providing administrative support, organizing & coordinating events, and supporting Sales Strategic Planning.

What you’ll do:
Manage operational calendar for EMEA & APAC GBS region, including but not limited to Ops reviews, monthly leadership team management meetings, general calendar management, and booking rooms for meetings if in office.
Approximately 25% of the role will focus on supporting the Sales team in the APAC region, with the remaining 75% dedicated to partnering with VP leaders and driving activities across EMEA.
Liaise with peers to coordinate calendars, and provide administrative support to four VP teams, including weekly reporting, meeting bookings, and scheduling of DRBs and ERWG clinics.
Prepare presentations for regional meetings and other recognition-based meetings using Gartner-approved technology.
Support GVP, Sales Ops VP, and Sales MVP/RVP Leads in developing innovative ideas for team collaboration, team meetings, and general engagement within a Virtual-First approach, and assist with the execution of campaigns and campaign-related activities.
Expense management for VP team
Stay updated on Google/MS Teams/WebEx enhancements through Gartner You and advise GVP Directs on leveraging tech for virtual/live meetings.
Keep org charts up to date on the correct Google Drives throughout the year; update DLs when new recruits start and adjust DLs when people leave or move teams
Support with projects and reporting for Symposium and Conferences, as well as provide administrative support for the EMEA Innovation Network and act as a point of contact for critical cultural programs in partnership with the Advisory Task Force.
Support with local and global sales program initiatives, e.g. Monthly Blitz Days
What you will need:
4–5 years of experience providing high-level administrative and operational support to VP-level leaders
Ability to function in a dynamic and rapidly changing sales and technology environment
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with senior level management / clients
Experience with managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
Excellent organizational skills
High level of attention to details
Fully competent in Microsoft office products
Ability to prioritize workload
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent team player
Take initiative and identify opportunities to make positive changes/improvements
Fluent English language
Experience with Power BI and Salesforce.com is preferred
