Application Development Lead Analyst – UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success. The focus of the work is to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually compelling designs. 

Responsibilities

•  Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications

•  Conduct user research and usability testing

•  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

•  Collaboration with product managers and developers

•  Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

•  Analyze user feedback and activity to improve the user experience

•  Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive

•  Stay current with design trends and best practices

•  Present design concepts to stakeholders

•  Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in UX design

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Provide a portfolio of your projects; personal projects will be acceptable.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of accessibility standards

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
