QA Specialist

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems such as training management system in Commercial Affiliate.
• Maintain and update local Training Matrix requirements and ensure required Quality Trainings in system are on time completed.
• Monitor the execution of quality procedure in Commercial Affiliate.
• Provide support to other business functions in implementation of quality requirements.
• Assist in handling Quality issues and Complaints.
• Assist to record, register and execute CAPA actions.
• Assist in Internal Audits and Corporate Audits.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by Manager.
• Local travel to third party warehouses or vendors may require.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Sciences / Pharmacy / Food Science, a higher degree would be advantageous
• At least 1 years working experiences in Quality Assurance preferably in the food, nutritional product or pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of GMP, GDP and HACCP are preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Language skill: CET-6 is required
• Computer literacy essential
• Self motivated and work independently
