Content and Press Lead wanted to spearhead our integrated communications offering.

You will be the driving force behind our content, social, and PR teams, shaping our agency's thought leadership and delivering award-winning work. What you’ll be doing:
- Architect and implement cutting-edge content, social media, and PR strategies that deliver measurable results for our clients
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, guiding them through complex communication challenges and opportunities
- Drive the growth of our content and PR business by leading compelling pitches and identifying new avenues for partnership
- Take full ownership of campaign budgets and resource planning, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency
- Champion innovation by identifying emerging trends and translating them into strategic advantages for our clients
- Provide senior leadership in crisis situations, protecting and managing client reputations with expert guidance
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and brand consistency across all content and communications

- A strategic visionary with a proven ability to craft and execute integrated communication strategies
- Inspirational leadership skills with experience in managing and nurturing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted partnerships at a senior level
- A strong track record in business development, from pitching to identifying and securing growth opportunities
- Commercial acumen with experience in developing and managing significant budgets

- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale, integrated campaigns from concept to completion
- Proven expertise in strategic crisis communications and reputation management

- A confident and articulate communicator, comfortable representing the agency both internally and externally
