Who You Are:

Galaxy is one of the largest and leading firms in the Cryptocurrency space and is building cutting edge technology to help it grow and scale with the ever-increasing demand. You will be working with a unique and driven team building exciting new systems from scratch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business owners. In this position, you will be managing multiple workstreams that are priorities for the entire firm to achieve long term goals. You appreciate a well thought out strategy, care about best-in-class execution, and understand how to track and measure a program’s impact.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with teams to deliver meaningful outcomes to business lines at Galaxy
Partner with business unit(s) to solve problems and manage execution related to business expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery
Work with business unit to help translate requirements into deliverable specs
Manage overall project lifecycle and implement project management processes to ensure excellent delivery
Ability to understand regulatory landscape to assess business impact, structure and execute on reg. change program delivery
Partner with groups across the company (finance, compliance, risk, technology, operations and more to ensure accurate breadth and coverage for any specific project)
Through your work, impact and create process inputs, streamline workflows, and improve project management
Ensure communication with relevant stakeholders and provide progress, status and risks updates
Work on some of the most challenging, ambiguous and critical projects core to the success of Galaxy
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
