What You’ll Do 

• Master the Cycle: Navigate the full lifecycle of an order—from load building to tendering—using our advanced TMS to its peak potential. 
• Strategic Sourcing: Establish power-house relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and selecting the best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery. 
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Act as a proactive analyst to identify performance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen. 
• Act as an Advisor: Train new users on our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operation
