Role Summary
The EU DAP Sr. Manager is responsible for leading partners facing execution, commercial performance, and strategic development across UPS’s Digital Access Program (DAP) within Europe. This role manages day to day partner relationships, drives revenue and VnR performance, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the successful execution of UPS’s digital, platform, and indirect channel strategies across complex and highly regulated European markets.
This position is central to delivering the 2026 DAP International plan and beyond, enabling partner success, and shaping the future of UPS’s digital ecosystem in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management & Commercial Execution
Own operational and commercial relationships with EU DAP partners (marketplaces, ecommerce, shipping platforms, resellers and consolidators).
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, performance deep dives, and action plans to drive revenue, volume mix, adoption, and VnR realization.
Represent DAP in ongoing partner escalations, root cause analyses, and roadmap prioritization discussions.
Maintain strong alignment with partners on pricing changes, product updates, regulatory shifts, and international crossborder performance.
Leverage marketing insights, partner campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives to accelerate adoption and commercial performance across EU DAP partners.
Strategy Development & Market Execution
Translate global DAP strategy into region specific priorities and execution plans for EU markets.
Assess partner capabilities, competitive dynamics, regulatory considerations, and market nuances to inform strategic direction.
Identify where traditional UPS commercial approaches apply, and where new partner ecosystem behaviors (platform enablement, dynamic pricing, usage-based value creation) are required.
Serve as a visible ambassador for the DAP partner first model across the EU organization.
Qualifications
Experience in partner management across digital channels, marketplace ecosystems, SaaS companies, third-party logistics, or related commercial roles.
Strong understanding of EU regulatory environments, cross border shipping behaviors, and marketplace dynamics.
Proven success in commercial execution, partner enablement, or sales within complex or matrixed environments.
Ability to synthesize data, communicate insights clearly, and influence cross functional stakeholders.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping structure, processes, and strategy in early stage or rapidly evolving segments.
Experience with APIdriven business models, digital product adoption, or dynamic pricing is a plus.
Ability to apply revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and maximize profit.
Experience with customer-facing interactions, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years in UPS Sales, Marketing or an international business unit (or equivalent experience).
Marketing experience spanning at least two disciplines.
Strong understanding of UPS revenue management, pricing and cost models.
Proven ability to lead across complex, multi-geographic, cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose business challenges and deliver insights to senior leadership.
Master’s degree preferred.
