The LG Tech Ventures Team is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant who is bilingual in Korean to join us in Santa Clara, CA.

 

Role Overview

This is not a traditional administrative role.

This position sits at the intersection of executive support, business operations, and team culture, helping leadership operate effectively while strengthening internal coordination and employee experience.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, gaining exposure across investment, operations, and people-related initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into business operations, chief of staff, or people operations over time.

 

What You’ll Do

  1. CEO Executive Support (Primary Focus)
  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and meeting cadence for the CEO
  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage time, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track action items to ensure execution
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and scheduling for the CEO
  • Support selective coordination with the broader leadership team as needed

  1. Operations & Team Coordination
  • Support day-to-day office and team operations to maintain a smooth working environment
  • Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and company events
  • Maintain internal documentation, communication, and operational processes
  • Manage vendors and external partners related to office and operations
  • Provide structured updates, meeting summaries, and progress tracking

  1. People & Culture Initiatives
  • Support onboarding to ensure a high-quality employee experience
  • Assist with maintaining internal policies and people-related documentation
  • Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Help improve internal communication and team alignment
