About the Role
Cigna Healthcare is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving successful business change initiatives across our global operations. The incumbent will be integral to the effective delivery of change, with a particular emphasis on business readiness and engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
The Change Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and Change Readiness functions to oversee and manage the non-technical elements of change delivery. - Support Change Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring that all activities are aligned with business objectives and readiness plans.
- Business Readiness: Lead or assist in readiness activities such as conducting business impact assessments, developing training plans, managing communications, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and overseeing business checkouts.
- Delivery Coordination: Work collaboratively with Agile teams and stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure the timely delivery of change.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
- UAT & Release Planning: Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing, including aligning test scripts, coordinating resources, and reporting outcomes.
- Change Impact Analysis: Document operational design decisions, identify necessary business process changes, and assess the impact of these changes on end users.
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports. Contribute to governance forums as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices within the organisation.

- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience supporting UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
Desirable:
- Experience in the health insurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains.
- Exposure to Epic or Feature-level delivery in a scaled Agile environment.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
Key Attributes
- Proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
