🚨 We’re hiring: Regional Operations Manager – Installation 🚨


ADT | Part of Johnson Controls

 

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our Installation business within ADT, a market‑leading brand in Fire & Security and part of Johnson Controls.

 

This is a key leadership role with £4m–£10m P&L responsibility, focused on driving financial performance, delivering projects on time and within budget, and working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure strong governance and customer outcomes.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

✅ Owning branch P&L and work‑in‑hand financial performance
✅ Driving cost control, margin protection and cash flow
✅ Partnering with Delivery Managers to ensure successful project delivery
✅ Improving billing accuracy, forecasting and governance
✅ Collaborating with Sales on job costing, pre‑starts and risk management

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience leading operational delivery in a project or installation environment
  • Confident stakeholder management skills
  • P&L experience and Fire & Security industry background desirable

📍 Regional role | UK travel required
🚗 Full UK driving licence required
