Role -Test Planning Analyst
Role Summary
Support detailed testing planning and coordination for T+1 delivery by building execution artefacts, tracking readiness, and ensuring structured coverage across business scenarios.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed testing artefacts including test plans, scenario inventories, execution trackers, dependency logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with SMEs, business analysts, and test leads to confirm scope, scenarios, test data needs, and readiness for each cycle.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data, including defect logging and retesting
- Support creation and maintenance of traceability between requirements, processes, scenarios, and defects.
- Perform hands-on testing support across functional, regression, UAT, and operational scenario cycles
- Monitor progress against the test calendar and help identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps early.
- Assist with governance packs, meeting actions, and communications for testing forums and working groups.
- Contribute to operational readiness documentation where testing outputs drive training, SOP updates, or go-live preparation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in performing testing, doing test coordination
- Strong attention to detail with experience building structured trackers, plans, and execution reports.
- Understanding of test lifecycle concepts including scope, scenario management, defects, and readiness criteria.
- Hands-on delivery in operational readiness and/or testing execution
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Good written communication and documentation capability.
Bonus Points For
- Exposure to T+1 or other market / regulatory change initiatives.
- Experience supporting operational readiness, training documentation, or business change activities.
- Consulting experience and familiarity with fast-paced delivery governance.
