The Role  

 The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team. This role will be based out of and support our Production facility as we look to rapid and sustainably scale. The HRBP aligns business objectives, HR strategy and talent to scale our rapid growth. The HR Business Partner executes HR programs, policies, and practices for the designated employee population, communicating proactively with the site General Manager and site Leadership to execute solutions that supports the local and national goals of the organization.
