  • Visualize and communicate insights using Tableau, The Doctor, and other data visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Pioneer and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to advance automation and data analytics capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience with data mining, database exploration, and translating data into business insights.
  • Experience developing data visualizations using Tableau or comparable analytics and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, influence across teams, and tailor technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to connect analytics and automation initiatives to both short- and long-term business objectives, driving tangible business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to independently drive and deliver solutions with limited supervision.
  • Experience working with medical claims data.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations and related performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize desired outcomes, align solutions with business strategy, and understand end-to-end operational workflows.
