Job Description Summary:

EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.  

 

Focus, Scope, & Impact: 

World-class, rounded strategy crafting (including creative, E2E (End to End), growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). True E2E ownership / decision maker of the full brand bundle. OU category directors will be more focused on LRP and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP creation / operationalization.  

  • Accelerate CCTM (Coca Cola Trade Mark) performance in EMEOU through thought leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and enabling integrated flywheels execution.  

  • Lead LRP and OU-wide programs in partner with Global CCTM team, the EMEOU CCTM network (OU + markets) and other OU functions : 1) Define category/ brand growth/ innovation strategies addressing human needs (consumer and shopper) and occasions in an edgy and sustainable way 2) Own E2E /Creative strategies + brand bundles (ultimate approver), including price positioning, creative, shopper and design 3) Lead w/ IMX OU-wide consumer/shopper strategies/ programs, that will be further deployed by the markets  

  • Drive marketing performance and ROI leveraging data, tech, AI and capabilities. Has OU category P&L accountability. 

  • Enable and activate the OU CCTM network to ensure coordination, collaboration, excellence balancing scale with intimacy. 

Experience & Critical Requirements  

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership 

  • Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy 

  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects 

  • Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges 

  • Worked in the Frontline (e.g. Frontline Marketing) 

  • Led and developed teams directly  

  • Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have)
