Le poste de Coordonnateur(trice) des soins aux patients – Flotteur(se) joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien des traitements par perfusion et injection offerts aux patients au sein des cliniques INVIVA de McKesson.
À titre de coordonnateur(trice), vous serez le lien clé entre les patients, les professionnels de la santé et les équipes internes.

Responsabilités principales
- Traiter les références de patients et planifier les rendez-vous dans les meilleurs délais.
- Confirmer la disponibilité des infirmier(ère)s ainsi que la livraison des médicaments par la pharmacie.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les thérapies médicales soient planifiées conformément aux ententes de niveau de service (SLA).
- Communiquer avec les patients afin de confirmer les rendez-vous et leur fournir des instructions claires.
- Envoyer des courriels de bienvenue et assurer une communication de qualité tout au long du parcours de soins.
- Gérer les appels entrants et sortants ainsi que les courriels en respectant les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Maintenir des dossiers exacts et à jour dans les systèmes de planification.
- Soutenir les activités de reprogrammation et effectuer les suivis en cas d’absences aux rendez-vous.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins, infirmier(ère)s, équipes de pharmacie et coordonnateur(trice)s de programme.
- Aider à s’assurer que les cliniques disposent des ressources et fournitures nécessaires pour chaque traitement.
Qualifications minimales
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en service à la clientèle ou en administration.
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans un centre d’appels ou dans un rôle administratif.
Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis. Les candidat(e)s doivent être capables de parler le français couramment.
Compétences clés
- Expérience antérieure en coordination de services clients/patients (un atout majeur).
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités avec souci du détail.
- Solides aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement à volume élevé et à rythme rapide.
- À l’aise avec la technologie, incluant la suite MS Office et les systèmes de planification.
- Expérience dans le secteur de la santé, l’administration médicale ou en milieu clinique (préférée).

Job Summary
The Floater, Patient Care Coordinator, will play a vital role in supporting infusion and injection treatments for patients across McKesson’s INVIVA clinics.
As the Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Specific Responsibilities
- Process patient referrals and schedule appointments promptly.
- Confirm nurse availability and pharmacy delivery for treatments.
- Ensure all medical therapies are scheduled according to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contact patients to confirm appointments and provide clear instructions.
- Send welcome emails and maintain excellent communication throughout their care journey.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails within KPI standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems.
- Support rescheduling and handle no-show follow-ups.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacy teams, and program coordinators.
- Assist in ensuring clinics have the right resources and supplies for every treatment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma / degree in customer service or administration.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing customer support in a call center or administrative capacity.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required. Candidates must be able to speak French fluently.

- Prior experience in coordinating client/patient services is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
