Job Description: Taiwan Marcom Senior Specialist
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Department: APGC Marcom Team
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marcom Senior Specialist based in Taiwan to own end-to-end marketing communications for the Taiwan market. This role leads integrated demand generation and PR programs, manages the local marcom budget, drives campaign localization and execution, and oversees university partnership initiatives. The position works closely with Taiwan sales, regional channel marketing, and global stakeholders to strengthen local market presence and deliver measurable business outcomes—ensuring all program execution follows ADI compliance and global guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Marcom Program Planning / Execution / Review (Taiwan)
- Own the end-to-end marcom program cycle for Taiwan including planning, execution, and post-program review.
- Translating ADI business needs into clear, actionable, and locally relevant marketing plans with strong marketing judgment (objectives, target audience, key message, channel mix, timeline, and KPI framework).
- Manage Taiwan’s marketing budget, including annual planning, budget allocation, spending tracking, and ROI analysis to ensure optimal and efficient use of marketing resources.
- Ensure all ADI program execution follows ADI compliance requirements, including proper approvals, vendor/SOW processes, and documentation.
Integrated Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead Taiwan’s integrated marketing communications strategy aligned with regional sales priorities.
- Manage end‑to‑end demand generation programs—including webinars, tradeshows, seminars, paid search, technical content downloads, and channel name‑gen campaigns—to drive active contacts and qualified leads.
- Oversee Traditional Chinese content localization across welcome pages, microsite, social media platforms ensuring relevance and maximizing engagement.
- Produce integrated content including PR articles, media briefings, contributed stories, feature videos, customer success videos, and localized videos aligned with the video strategy focused on local resonance.
- Plan and execute Taiwan‑based events—including ADI‑hosted seminars, workshops, Tech Day, and major tradeshows providing full on‑site support and managing post‑event lead consolidation and follow‑up.
Public Relations (PR)
- Lead Taiwan PR strategy and execution to enhance brand visibility and technology thought leadership in the local market.
- Develop and localize press releases, contributed articles, media pitches, and messaging aligned with priority applications.
- Manage relationships with Taiwan media, trade press, and industry editors; coordinate interviews, media briefings, and reporter engagement.
- Support key launches, campaigns, and events with tailored PR activities, including media demo tours, contributed stories, and Q&A preparation.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive news; provide insights and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all PR communications follow global guidelines while being adapted to Taiwan’s media landscape and local audience needs.
Channel & Cross‑Regional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the regional channel marketing lead in Singapore to support cross-market initiatives and partner programs.
- Responsible for achieving efficient and comprehensive integration between Marcom and distributor programs. This role involves collaborating closely with both teams to coordinate marketing strategies, enhance communication, and deliver superior results for clients. By leveraging the strengths of each group, the position fosters deeper synergy and maximizes project effectiveness.
- Support Taiwan channel partners with marketing assets, co-marketing campaigns, and marketing enablement.
- Provide on-site support for offline partner-related activities, including seminars, workshops, tradeshows, and customer engagement events.
- Manage post-event leads follow-up process, including lead list consolidation, distribution to sales, and performance tracking.
University Partnership Programs
- Lead the planning and execution of university engagement programs including campus events, competitions, and workshop.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with partner universities and key academic stakeholders.
- Manage logistics, communication, and cross-functional alignment for university events and programs.
- Execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness and influence within Taiwan’s academic ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Taiwan sales team to understand business needs and deliver responsive marketing support.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and resource sharing across markets.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to guide strategy refinement and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including Global Marcom and BU Marketing, to localize and deploy global campaigns in Taiwan in alignment with global guidelines, brand standards, and messaging frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of marketing or marcom experience, preferably in in semiconductor, electronics, or B2B high‑tech industries Familiar with semiconductor marketing practices, including solution‑led promotion, application‑driven campaigns, technical content marketing, and partner‑based programs.
- Proven ability to develop high‑quality marketing content such as campaign messaging, landing page copy, PR articles, event promotions, and localized Traditional Chinese materials.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and event management.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; good command of English for regional coordination.
- Agility and constant learning and can do attitude.
