Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Manager/Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our Business Management team. A successful candidate will be trustworthy, professional, analytical, detail-oriented, computer-savvy (Excel and Word), organized and service-oriented with two or more years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in the Business Management industry. We offer a supportive and team-oriented work environment, and opportunity to learn and grow within our organization.

  • General ledger coding
  • Account receivable and accounts payable
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Document management
  • Payroll processing
  • Research & special projects
  • Client and vendor liaison
  • Various tasks as needed

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ Bookkeeping experience within Business Management
  • Must have experience using Datafaction/DF Imaging and/or AgilLink
  • Knowledge and understanding of A/R and A/P functions
  • College Degree a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. Experience with TEAMS is preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
