In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing employee data, including contract administration, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
  • Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration
  • Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system
  • Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents
  • Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure
  • Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system, ensuring a high degree of data quality
  • Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management
  • Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system
  • Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization
  • Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable
  • Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed
  • Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
