This position partners with the COO of Americas Capital Markets in the operational buildout and day-to-day management of the Capital Markets platform. Responsibilities span specialty group organization, technology strategy, recruiting, lender relationships, and go-to-market execution across Capital Markets verticals.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with COO of Capital Markets in the day-to-day operational functions of the Capital Markets business.
- Collaborate internally with senior executives to align Capital Markets’ business efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders on the Capital Markets technology roadmap, data/technology vendor evaluation, development prioritization, and adoption of technology tools.
- Organize and operationalize dedicated product specialty groups within the platform: meeting cadence, broker support, pipeline tracking, and budget governance.
- Collaborate cross functionally on the market positioning, branding and strategy for specific Capital Markets specialty groups.
- Partner with marketing and key stakeholders on client strategy including client roadshows, branded collateral, and thought leadership content.
- Drive recruiting and expansion by partnering with market leadership: identify market share gaps, target markets and candidates, and partner with market leadership to educate potential hires on the platform capabilities.
- Interface with external capital partners and lending institutions on behalf of the platform — relationship management, product updates, and pricing intelligence
General Requirements
- 10 years+ professional experience with leadership skills and a strong execution and drive initiatives to completion preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate, strategy, brokerage and Operations
- Entrepreneurial, someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a capacity to think holistically and strategically.
- Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
