This role is responsible for the planning and execution of a marketing event program that aligns with company growth targets. This role also provides advice, support, and oversight for internal events that involve high costs. As a marketing function lead, this role owns a portion of the growth target and is responsible for achieving their OKR objectives.}

^{Oversee all strategy, planning, logistics, and execution for conferences, trade shows, and webinars globally}
^{Set event marketing KPIs and goals to match company growth goals and utilize a data-driven approach to adjust events strategy for continuous improvement}
^{Own event performance and ensure event activity achieves company objectives}
^{Grow and manage the events marketing team as needed}
^{Build and maintain the event calendar}
^{Coordinate with the admin team on the overall company and executive calendars}
^{Create and manage event projects using Asana}
^{Create and improve events processes so events programs are optimized for scaling long term}
^{Work with marketing team members to develop compelling live, recorded, and on-demand event content}
^{Provide support and oversight for high-cost internal events}
^{Ensure proper tracking of leads and opportunities that originate from events}
