Duration - July 1st start - 10 weeks duration. (may extend)
About Gen Digital & Norton
Gen Digital is home to Norton, an award‑winning leader in consumer cybersecurity. Our products protect millions of customers worldwide, and our subscription-based SaaS model means we build long‑term, trusted relationships with our users.
As a Sales Enablement Intern, you’ll work closely with a senior VP in our sales organisation, helping to give sales and partner teams the tools, content, and insights they need to successfully sell Norton security subscriptions across Europe.
Role Overview
This sales enablement internship is focused on helping our VP and wider sales organisation sell more effectively and consistently. You’ll be involved in creating and updating sales materials, supporting training and onboarding activities, and helping to track performance so leaders can see what’s working in the field.
You’ll gain visibility into how a VP‑level sales leader runs the business day‑to‑day – from planning and pipeline reviews to launches and sales initiatives – while being Prague‑based and collaborating with teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Support the VP and sales leadership in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for business reviews and leadership meetings.
Help update and organise sales enablement content (playbooks, one‑pagers, pitch decks, FAQs) so that sales and partner teams can easily find and use the latest materials.
Assist with training and onboarding activities for sales and partner teams (session invites, slide prep, follow‑up materials, simple feedback surveys).
Help maintain sales tools and systems (e.g. CRM hygiene checks, list updates, simple data pulls) to ensure clean, usable information for decision‑making.
Support communication to the field (drafting simple updates, summaries of new offers or campaigns, posting content to internal channels).
Conduct basic data and market research to support the VP’s planning and decision‑making (e.g. looking at performance trends by country, segment or partner type).
Skills & Experience – What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in sales, business operations, or sales enablement, ideally with some exposure to tech/SaaS or subscription models.
Comfortable working with data and slides (e.g. Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) and willing to learn new tools.
Good communication and writing skills, able to summarise information clearly for busy salespeople and leaders.
Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up on actions.
Proactive, curious, and comfortable asking questions to understand the “why” behind sales activities.
Education & Background
Preferable to be in final year of degree or Masters in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field is an advantage, but we are open to other fields of study if you can show strong interest in sales/sales operations.
Prior internship or part‑time experience in sales, operations, consulting, or marketing is a plus but not essential.
What You’ll Gain
Direct exposure to how a VP‑level sales leader runs and grows the business across Europe.
Experience in sales enablement, including content, training, tools, and reporting.
A deeper understanding of how subscription‑based cybersecurity products are sold through different routes to market.
The chance to build practical skills in analysis, organisation, communication, and stakeholder management within an international, fast‑moving environment.
