We’re looking for a proactive and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Executive – Volume Hiring to join our team in Gurugram on a 12-month contractual role.
In this hybrid role, you will independently drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, ensuring speed, quality, and accuracy at scale. You will act as a hands-on hiring partner, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong stakeholder confidence, and delivering hiring outcomes with minimal handholding.

About the role
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for volume hiring roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining hiring quality, turnaround time, and process discipline.
- Build and sustain strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, referrals, social sourcing, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure backup candidate pipelines are available for critical and time-sensitive roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing clear updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, risks, and timelines.
- Use hiring data and market insights to set expectations and push back constructively when requirements are not aligned with market realities.
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene across ATS platforms and recruitment trackers, ensuring accurate and decision-ready reporting.
- Support offer management and joining conversion to minimize candidate dropouts.
- Contribute to campus hiring activities when needed, including hiring program coordination, logistics, candidate data management, and stakeholder support.
- Help build strong candidate pipelines and contribute to longer-term university and campus engagement efforts.
About you
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in volume hiring or high-scale recruitment roles.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Workday.
- Good command of Excel, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
