We diagnose market needs, design and launch scalable solutions, and continuously optimize our portfolio to maximize value for both partners and Agoda.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, launching, and scaling high-impact programs across global markets. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and designing efficient processes, to driving product milestones, scaling solutions, and optimizing the overall portfolio. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role with significant business ownership and visibility.

What You’ll Do:

Initiate and Incubate Programs:

  • Identify unmet partner needs through market research, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback
  • Build business cases and pitch high-level program designs to leadership
  • Incubate MVPs with Supply Products, iterate, and pilot in key markets

Design Efficient Processes:

  • Develop and refine activation, escalation, and deactivation processes in collaboration with Supply Operations and other teams
  • Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure efficiency and ROI
  • Drive continuous process improvement

Drive Product Milestones:

  • Partner with Product to define features, prioritize based on impact, and align on delivery milestones
  • Propose interim solutions when needed, and advocate for long-term product investments

Scale Programs Globally:

  • Develop KPIs and success metrics for each program
  • Ensure readiness for market launches, including compliance and training
  • Support local teams to drive adoption and monitor performance
