Warehouse Specialist

You will be working as a warehouse Specialist in Johnson Controls, partner with PD and Service team manages incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. Maintain inventory records and adhere to safety standards to keep operations efficient.

What you will do

1. Receiving & Storing and Inventory Control: Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. Arrange parts accurately and efficiently with a proper document.  Control safety stock, reconciling discrepancies, first in first out to maintain accurate records in management systems.

 2. Transportation Coordination: Arranging transportation, scheduling shipments, and selecting carriers. managing inventory, transportation, and warehousing to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of goods.

3. Using logistics and Warehousing system (ERP, SFDC, 台塑网 etc…) to track shipments and analyze details.

4. Problem Solving: Addressing logistical issues such as delivery delays, damages, or supply disruptions and also import documents issues etc..           

5.Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety procedures.
6. Any other task assigned by management.

What we look for

· Bachelor’s degree, Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is often required.
· Analytical skills, inventory management software knowledge, and understanding of transportation regulations.
· Salesforce, ERP, 台塑网 Experience is a plus.
