Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Data Lead Specialist, you will take ownership of product data setup and maintenance for new product releases and engineering changes. You will collaborate across functions to ensure high‑quality, accurate product information and support project activities related to configuration requirements.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate medium‑sized projects with defined timelines and quality standards
• Manage and maintain complex product data structures in our internal systems
• Audit, validate, and approve Product Data (PD) requests
• Serve as a key contact for cross‑functional partners to ensure correct and timely product setup
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization within the team

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Management
• 2-5 years of experience in a role involving product data management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and intermediate knowledge of Macro development & animation or Power BI
• Proven track of Project Management experience

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with RPA tools, foundational understanding of product data and system applications
• Working knowledge of SQL

Salary starting from: 1 630 EUR gross/monthly
