About the Role
DriveWealth is seeking a proactive Treasury Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-paced, evolving financial environment. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on contributor to move beyond routine maintenance and actively help scale our liquidity and capital frameworks in consideration of new products and pending regulation. You’ll learn how a broker-dealer scales its treasury operations during periods of rapid product diversification. You will be a key player in managing the funding lifecycle for diverse asset classes—including equities, options, predictive markets, and crypto—while directly influencing how the firm handles growth and complexity.
What You’ll Do
- Scalable Planning: Develop risk based modeling and safety rails to manage 24/7 liquidity and capital requirements related to margin, options, predictive markets and digital assets
- Liquidity & Capital Optimization: Efficiently manage liquidity and capital across requirements, including clearing requirements, ensuring optimal buffers during high-volume periods.
- Cross-Product Funding & Integration: Enhancing treasury infrastructure and liquidity access to support equities, options, margin, predictive markets and digital asset initiatives
- Independent Project Ownership: Lead the execution of critical initiatives, from establishing funding strategies to optimizing liquidity and capital management, with full ownership from start to finish.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in Treasury or a related role within a Broker-Dealer
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Solid knowledge of US Equities, Margin and Options, including FINRA Rule 4210, SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3. Deep interest in Crypto and Predictive Markets.
- A track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.
- A bias towards transparency, accountability and responsiveness in everything you do
- Prefer ability to work with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) and a strong interest in applying AI tools to enhance and grow financial workflows
- SIE, Series 99, and/or Series 7
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor an employment Visa at this time.
