The Role

Lyra is hiring its first Operations & Value Creation Analyst to work directly with the Value Creation lead and help scale our internal system for driving repeatable, measurable organic growth across a decentralized portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will help transform fragmented operational and financial data into decision-grade insights, scalable tools, and documented best practices that Regional CEOs and OpCo leaders can actually use.
