Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing's (APTM) mission is to deliver world class manufacturing and advanced packaging capabilities that enable Intel's foundry and product roadmaps. HR plays a critical role in engaging the workforce behind this mission and ensuring leaders and employees are equipped to deliver results.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a critical member of Intel's Business HR team supporting the manufacturing and advanced packaging organizations within APTM. You will play a key role in supporting and developing leaders and employees who power Intel's advanced packaging and manufacturing capabilities into the future.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with managers and employees through service, influence, and coaching. You will drive employee relations, organizational development, learning, inclusion, labor relations, and HR processes across the business group, functions, regions, and geographies.

Key accountabilities:

  • Build relationships with managers and employees for service, influence and coaching.
  • Application of employee relations, org development, learning, inclusion, labor relations and HR processes in the business group, function and regions and geographies.
  • Administers HR policies, procedures, and programs in service of employees/managers and the business.

As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Works closely with management and employees to drive growth for Intel by employing human resources, organizational and employee development efforts including:
  • Consults with employees and managers to create a positive and productive work environment, inclusive of manager capabilities and strong employee relations climate/case management.
  • Apply recruiting, organizational development, compensation and inclusion, and other HR processes in support of business customers.
  • Participate in implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Inclusion, salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).
  • Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
  • Proactively use data analysis and sensing activities to identify themes and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with centers for excellence (COEs), and BHR roles to create and implement needed HR solutions.
  • Apply program management and change management processes to plans and priorities.
  • Ensure effective communication and education of all HR programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Business and Strategic Acumen: Understanding of business, how profitability is achieved, who the business serves, how the business differentiates in the market and industry to give context to HR policy and practices to drive required Intel capabilities.
  • HR Acumen and Collaboration: Understands and appropriately applies HR solutions, guidelines, policies and underlying philosophies.
  • Employment/labor law and policy acumen: to solve problems and coach employees and managers.
  • Influence / coaching capability: Influence and coach managers to drive higher engagement and performance.
  • Data Analytics: understand how to pull, analyze and influence with data.
  • Organizational Development: to deliver organizations that help grow the business.
  • Issue Spotting and Investigation: Effectively ID and disposition ER issues as well as support investigations.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience – OR –
  • Master of Science, M.B.A, OR a Master of Arts degree, with 1+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of direct business of the following:
    • Employee relations
    • HR basics, such as – training and development, performance management, change management
  • Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience of the following:
    • Leadership Development and/or Coaching
    • Organization Diagnosis and Design
  • Workday experience
  • HR experience in manufacturing environment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $81,210.00-137,950.00 USD

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
