We are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Cloud Ops team. This is a Hybrid role based onsite in San Jose three days a week, reporting to the Senior Director, ZTE Supply Chain and Logistics. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic global data center team. You will be responsible for supplier selection and relationship management across various categories, including integrators, VARs, and OEMs, while overseeing and managing inventory at both supplier and data center locations across global regions.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Drive global supplier relationship management to ensure operational excellence and strategic partnership health
- Lead sourcing initiatives across critical categories including integrators, VARs, and OEMs
- Execute cost optimization strategies to maximize value and efficiency across the supply chain
- Manage comprehensive planning and forecasting cycles to support global data center demands
- Provide rigorous inventory oversight at supplier and data center locations to ensure global availability

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Significant hands-on experience managing global supply chain operations
- Proven track record in strategic supplier management and partnership development
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and planning within complex organizational structures
- Direct experience in inventory sizing and multi-location inventory management
- Strong background in driving and measuring supplier perform
