  • Outcome Accountability: Take accountability for delivering technology-enabled business outcomes for the Pharma Commercial region (including yearly revenue goals and patient access) as well as RDT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Pharma Medicines.

  • Issue Resolution: Own issue escalation and resolution within the regional scope, working in strong collaboration with Product Engineering Teams.

  • Team Leadership & Value Realization: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of RDT partners, providing clear direction and performance management to drive end-to-end adoption and value realization of regional technology solutions.

  • Talent Development: Build and nurture IT talent by fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, professional development, and teamwork to achieve organizational goals.

  • Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Technology Management) is highly preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: You bring proven experience in IT strategic planning, business relationship management, and program delivery, backed by a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, and proficiency in ITSM and project management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, PMP, SAFe/Agile).

  • Proven Leadership: You have 10+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of directing multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors, influencing senior stakeholders, building consensus, and driving decision-making at all levels.
