  • We Care Deeply: We embrace our differences, do the right thing, and encourage each other

The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Senior Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands a deep understanding of both declarative and programmatic development in Salesforce, including expert-level proficiency in Flows, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Experience with AWS and/or MuleSoft is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable, maintainable solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Leverage Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers), and other declarative tools to build complex business processes without code when appropriate.
  • Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft or AWS services.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and actively contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools.
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Proven experience designing solutions that balance declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
