Customer Service & Collections Representative

Responsibilities:

• Sending emails and payment reminders to the company’s clients
• Telephone and email contact with clients regarding overdue payments
• Terminating contracts in accordance with current internal procedures
• Entering and updating data in the operating system
• Document archiving and performing other current administrative tasks as needed, including support for the Collections and Customer Service Departments
• Preparing annexes and modifying contracts
• Issuing accounting documents
• Preparing various reports for internal needs
• Ongoing cooperation with other departments in the company
• Cooperation with the insurance company and handling processes related to policies
   

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of professional experience on similar position in international environment (banking or leasing sector would be an asset)
• Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors and peers
• Native Polish speaker, communicative English (min. B2 level)
• Good command of MS Office tools, experience with CRM systems and ability to learn processes and systems quickly (“learning agility”)
• Ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasking abilities
• Readiness to work on-site 5 days a week
