Our work is as exciting as it is rewarding, so consider the career opportunity below as your invitation to grow with us, make big things happen with us, above all, #BEYOU with us. Together, we won’t stop!

Get hands-on experience, training—and a leg up on a bright future.

Learn. Achieve. Build a career.

T-Mobile is revolutionizing the wireless industry for millions of customers nationwide. Working here means rolling up your sleeves and redefining the status quo with a team that has your back every step of the way!

This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It’s Like
Join a dynamic team of project management professionals who lead the design and construction of functional, innovative work environments across T‑Mobile’s office and call center portfolios. As part of the full‑service Corporate Real Estate team, we manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, and budget—from small $10K branding refreshes to $30M+ office and call center build‑outs.

Our team recently implemented Procore, a leading construction management software platform. We’re now focused on leveraging its data and capabilities to enhance reporting, visibility, and decision‑making across the Workplace Experience organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of construction project management, data analytics, and real‑estate operations.

What You’ll Do
As the Construction Data & Reporting Intern, you will support the Corporate Real Estate Construction team by transforming project data into meaningful reporting tools and actionable insights.

You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Construction and the Business Operations Manager to:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Improve the accuracy, organization, and usability of construction project data from Procore
  • Support ongoing reporting needs for our project managers
  • Translate business requirements into clear visualizations and data stories
  • Contribute to a summer project integrating data across systems (e.g., Procore, Airtable) using APIs or other integration methods
  • Document data structures, reporting workflows, and dashboard logic for long‑term team use
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate manual reporting processes

What It Takes
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to apply analytical skills in a real‑world construction and corporate real estate environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data organization
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Interest in construction, real estate, or project management operations
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data integration concepts, or tools like Airtable (a plus, not required)

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
