本ポジションでは、Buyer または Senior Category Supplier Manager として、拠点におけるサプライヤー対応、パフォーマンス管理、ならびに交渉業務を主導していただきます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、継続的な調達成功に向けたサプライヤーパフォーマンスの可視化および改善に取り組んでいただきます。

職務内容

Category Management / Strategic Sourcing（施設建設サブコン工事パッケージ）

• 主要サプライヤーに対する社内関係者・顧客・パートナーの満足度を把握・管理するプロセスの構築
• コスト削減、購買効率向上、サービスレベル改善、サプライヤーマネジメント高度化等の価値向上目標を設定・提案
• 担当カテゴリにおける調達動向を分析し、戦略的な提言を実施
• サプライヤーセグメンテーションおよび戦略目標設定への参画
• グローバル／リージョナルカテゴリマネージャーおよび社内関係者と連携し、カテゴリ戦略を策定・検証

Cost Management / Analysis

• カテゴリ別のコスト削減・収益改善レバーを特定・評価
• カテゴリ目標（コスト削減・KPI・スコアカード）を推進
• 市場動向、価格トレンド等のマーケットインテリジェンスを社内顧客へ提供
• グローバル市場に整合したShould‑Costモデルを活用したコスト分析の実施

Negotiation

• 契約更新、条件変更、価格再交渉等における交渉を主導または参画
• RFQ等のソーシングイベントをリードし、統合的な交渉を実施
• コスト削減目標および契約要件を交渉に反映
• 担当カテゴリにおける契約戦略を策定し、契約条件の交渉、管理、遵守を徹底
• サプライヤーおよび業界分析に基づいた戦略的ソーシングおよびコストマネジメントの実行

Business Partnering

• 社内顧客と連携し、戦略的な調達ソリューションを提供
• 担当支出カテゴリにおける専門性を確立し、社内主要顧客との関係を構築
• 顧客視点を重視し、課題解決および調達機能の代表として対応
• コスト競争力、サプライチェーン効率、レジリエンス向上を目的とした協業体制の構築

応募要件（Minimum Qualifications）

• 建設調達分野での実務経験7年以上、または同等の経験
• 学士号取得、または同等の実務経験
• カテゴリマネジメントおよび戦略的ソーシングの実務経験
• 高い交渉力および分析力
• 社内外の多様な関係者と円滑に関係構築できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 建設コスト構造に関する高度な理解および分析能力

歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications）

• 建設業界における調達業務経験、および標準的な調達プロセスへの理解
• MEP（機械・電気・プロセス設備）に関する知識
• CSA（建築・構造・意匠）に関する知識

主な責任（Responsibilities）

• 拠点におけるサプライヤーパフォーマンスおよび関係性の管理
• 担当領域・アカウントにおける調達プロセスの統括
• 事業ニーズに沿ったサプライヤー交渉の実施
• 設備投資予算およびキャッシュフロー管理、ならびにグローバル調達戦略の実行支援
• コスト削減施策およびKPI管理の推進
• コスト削減および業務改善プログラムの実装
• 調達プロセスおよびサプライヤー課題に関する社内コンサルタントとしての役割
• 拠点監査対応の支援

言語要件：
・日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2以上

Do you have a passion in building a career in procurement? We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our global team dedicated to this function. 
As a Buyer, you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions, performance management, and negotiations for the site.
In this role, you will work with partners to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for continued sourcing success.
You will participate and/or lead in the development and implementation of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and pricing/contract negotiation.

As a Sr. Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing a category strategy for managed categories, validating strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and the respective internal partners and customers. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and implement negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management. Through management of the category strategy, you will also be building positive relationships with internal customers, driving best-in-class, cost, supply and resilience.

Requirements:

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing of Facilities construction subcontract work package

• Establish procedures to track collaborator, customer, and partner happiness with key suppliers.
• Recommend targets to improve value, such as growing revenue, reducing spend, enhancing purchasing efficiency, improving customer service, and managing suppliers effectively.
• Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories.
• Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting.
• Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners.

Cost Management & Analysis

• Identify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers.
• Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets.
• Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal customers.
• Use should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace.

Negotiation

• Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc.
• Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation.
• Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations.
• Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, supervise and enforce contracted terms and conditions.
• Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and cost management using supplier and industry analysis.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions.
• Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key customers.
• Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement.
• Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to improve cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in construction procurement or relevant experience
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Confirmed experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively maintain relationships with various individuals involved.
• Advanced skills in construction cost structure understanding and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction and understands the standard procurement process
• Knowledgeable in MEP (Mechanical Electrical Process)
• Knowledgeable in CSA (Civil Structure & Architectural)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships
• Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
• Support capital budgeting and cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies
• Handle cost saving initiatives and metric
• Implement cost savings and process improvement programs
• Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
• Support site audits

Language Requirement:

• Japanese: N2 and above
• English: Business Proficiency
