The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Content Strategy & Insights Manager to lead how we use data to tell stories that drive partner engagement and commercial outcomes. 

This is not a traditional content creation role. You will work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify what data and insights partners need to hear and shape that into content and product marketing strategy that moves them to act. Whether that means deepening an existing partner's engagement with Agoda or making the case a prospective one, the goal is the same: turn data into a narrative that drives a commercial result. 

You will work closely with analytics and AI/engineering teams to build and ship AI-powered content products — from concept through to execution. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product marketing, data, and cross-functional collaboration. 

In this Role, you'll get to: 

Strategy & Insights: 

  • Work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify content needs and translate business priorities into content plans. 
  • Analyze partner performance, market, and competitive data to develop the insights and narratives that shape the team's content output.
